Terms of Use

These terms cover Wake cub Premium, the subscription offered inside Wake cub (the “App”). Downloading and using the App also means you accept Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where this page and Apple’s standard terms conflict, this page governs the subscription specifics described here; Apple’s standard terms apply to everything else.

What the subscription includes

Wake cub Premium unlocks:

The camera-verified wake-up tasks: brushing, punching, squats, jogging and photo matching
Sending a friend a nudge that uses one of those camera tasks

The number of alarms you can set is not part of the subscription: the free tier is not limited to one.

Weekly, monthly and annual plans are available. The price that applies is the one shown in the App, provided by the App Store for your region at the time of purchase.

Free trial

The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial; when it ends, the subscription renews automatically at the price of the plan you selected unless you cancel before the trial is over.

Eligibility for the trial is determined by the App Store. If you have used a trial for the same item before, it may not be offered again — the terms and price shown on the purchase screen in the App are what apply.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account on confirmation of purchase, and renewals are charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time on your iPhone under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. After cancelling, access you have already paid for continues until the end of that period; it is not cut off immediately and is not refunded pro rata.

Refunds

All transactions are handled by Apple. Refund requests go to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com; the developer of this App cannot issue refunds directly.

Payment and account

Every subscription purchase is processed by the Apple App Store. We never see or store your card or payment details. We use a third-party service, RevenueCat, to confirm your subscription status, solely to determine whether you can use the paid features.

What happens to alarms you have already set

A subscription ending does not alter alarms you have already configured — they ring with the task you originally set, so a subscription expiring overnight will not change the task waiting for you in the morning. Your subscription status only affects whether you can add or edit Premium tasks and extra alarms from then on.

訂閱內容

訂閱 Wake cub Premium 可解鎖：

刷牙、揮拳、深蹲、慢跑、拍照比對等相機驗證起床任務
叫醒好友時指定上述相機任務

可設定的鬧鐘數量不屬於訂閱內容：免費層並沒有只能設一個鬧鐘的限制。

方案分為週訂、月訂、年訂三檔，實際價格以你在 App 內看到、由 App Store 依所在地即時提供的金額為準。

免費試用

年訂方案含 7 天免費試用。試用期間不會扣款；試用期滿後，除非在到期前取消，將自動以你選擇方案的定價開始收費並自動續訂。

是否符合試用資格由 App Store 認定——若你曾經試用過同一項目，可能無法再次取得試用優惠，以 App 內購買畫面實際顯示的內容與價格為準。

自動續訂與取消

訂閱會在每期到期時自動續訂，除非你在當期結束前至少 24 小時取消。付款會在確認購買時從你的 Apple ID 帳戶扣款，續訂費用會在當期結束前 24 小時內扣款。

你可以隨時在 iPhone 的「設定 → 〔你的名字〕 → 訂閱項目」中管理或取消訂閱。取消後，已付費的當期權益會持續到該期結束，不會立即失效，也不會按比例退費。

退款

所有購買交易由 Apple 處理，退款申請請透過 reportaproblem.apple.com 向 Apple 提出，本 App 開發者無法直接為你退款。

付款與帳號

所有訂閱購買皆由 Apple App Store 處理，我們不會接觸、儲存你的信用卡或付款資訊。我們透過 RevenueCat 這家第三方服務確認你的訂閱狀態，僅用於判斷你是否可使用付費功能。

已存在鬧鐘的行為

訂閱到期不會更動已經設定好的鬧鐘內容——鬧鐘會照原本設定的任務響鈴，不會因為訂閱在半夜到期而臨時改變早上要完成的任務。訂閱狀態只會影響你「之後」能不能新增或編輯需要 Premium 的任務與鬧鐘數量。
